Céline is a singer-songwriter and composer who has been on stage for several years (concerts, opening acts) and has been presenting Jazz standard covers – from Nat King Cole to Ray Charles – along with her own songs. However, it is in 2013 that she came to the public eye, when millions of French people discovered her electrifying performance of Björk "It's oh so quiet". Her mastered and sensual voice, her presence on stage and her personality mesmerized the audience and the judges.
Since then, she has been striving for perfection and took time out to write and compose. As she cared particularly about the production quality of her very first album, the Corsican artist called upon Matt Knobel’s services (one of Lenny Kravitz’s sound wizards) and surrounded herself with a musician dream team to record her first opus in legendary American studios. Her first unconventional and exciting single "Mister Loser" (video by Cyril Long) was released ahead of the album.
This album - that she chose to self-produce in order to keep her artistic freedom - will be released by the end of 2018. Called "Red'Volution", it appears very promising. It is a "soul-filled" magical record reflecting her world that stimulates the imagination.
